Please make sure to keep your documentation and return the item in its original packaging. Lucky Dog Displays, Inc. will not assume the transportation charges for any items returned by courier, USPS or other unless specifically agreed upon beforehand for products purchased through Lucky Dog Displays, Inc.
Please call our service department to obtain a RMA prior to shipment. All
returns must have a RMA to be considered for return or replacement.
Warranty: The warranty delivered to
Lucky Dog Displays, Inc. by the manufacturer or other supplier thereof shall be the sole
warranty, express or implied of the product purchased, unless specifically
warranted by Lucky Dog Displays, Inc. Under no circumstances shall Lucky Dog Displays, Inc.'s liability
exceed the cost of the defective or damaged product. Product registration for
the commencement or extension of warranty is sole responsibility of buyer.
Warranties may not be honored if warranty registration by the end-user is not
completed. Extended warranties may be available for some products, please

If you find a lower cost, including printing, handling, and shipping cost, excluding sales tax, for a product sold on LuckyDogDisplays.com, we will beat that cost. We will match that cost plus, give you 10% of the difference.
After your purchase from LuckyDogDisplays.com, and within 3 business days, simply send an e-mail with our product SKU number, your order number, the manufacturer name, and the URL or link to the lower cost product you found.
This offer applies to new purchases only and the conditions of the sale must be identical: same identical new item, same delivery schedule, same printing method, same handling and shipping cost and terms. The item must be in stock and not part of a close-out discontinued item, B stock, return, sale item, auction, or discounted merchandise.
